Mar 11, 2012 your groove pool is not where your groove Library lives, it's where the current set's grooves are listed. So the groove pool will always be empty until you load a groove from the library press this icon (in the image), all of a sudden you will see the library of grooves, pick a groove.
Open the Pack description page and click 'Download'. Or download it directly from your User Account. Live packs download in the ALP format. Double click on the ALP file or drag and drop it anywhere in Live to install the Pack. How the Pros Do It
AskAudio have enlisted the help of some premier musicians for a new course series, “Electronic Artists Revealed”. From Deepchild, Miro Pajic, and Marc Smith, each course covers a specific topic - such as live performance, or sound design - and how the instructing artist accomplishes it.
In celebration of the launch of the courses, AskAudio have some free sounds and effects available for download from each of the artists - including analog synth loops from Deep Child, drum kits and effects from Miro Pajic, and a monster set from Marc Smith.

Modular MIDI
This year’s MIDI Hack in Stockholm brought together a large group of talented and inspired software and hardware hackers. Following up on a project that started during MIDI Hack, Knut Andreas Ruud has released Midular, a set of modular Max for Live devices for MIDI control and sequencing. Simple yet innovative, these devices - including a quantizer for live input and a modular-rig-style rotating sequencer - can further be combined with each other (and with Live’s native MIDI effects) for some wild new creations.
